WATER SERVICE APPLICATIONS: MAXWELL HEIGHTS/JEWEL PARK

Fort Bend County Freshwater Supply District No. 1 is currently accepting applications for water service connections in the Maxwell Heights and Jewel Park Subdivisions. The next Town Hall meeting regarding water service to Maxwell Heights and Jewel Park is scheduled for Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at the Mustang Community Center, 4721 F.M. 521, Fresno, Texas 77545.

WATER SERVICE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: MAXWELL HEIGHTS/JEWEL PARK

Below please find the application documents for the Maxwell Heights and Jewel Park Subdivisions. All documents must be completed and returned to Fort Bend County Freshwater Supply District No. 1, c/o Sanford Kuhl Hagan Kugle Parker Kahn LLP, 1980 Post Oak Boulevard, Suite 1380, Houston, Texas 77056. You may also return the documents to the District at one of the specified Town Hall Meetings. Please note that the deadline to return all application documents to the District is May 31, 2012.
