The District will conduct Town Hall meetings for sanitary sewer service in the Fresno Ranchos Subdivision beginning Thursday, July 23, 2026. The meetings will start promptly at 5:00 p.m., and will conclude by 9:00 p.m. In order to have your application processed, you must arrive no later than 8 p.m. to sign in.
The meetings will be divided by street, and you will receive notice of the meeting that you are designated to attend. The notice will include the application documents. Please bring the completed documents to your designated meeting, where they will be reviewed. Applications may only be turned in at a designated Town Hall meeting.
The deadline to apply to receive sanitary sewer service in the Fresno Ranchos Subdivision is November 12, 2026.
The anticipated schedule is as follows (though please refer to the letter you received for specific dates):
Thursday, July 23, 2026 – California St. and Maryland St.
Thursday, August 27, 2026 – Ohio St. and Pennsylvania St.
Thursday, September 24, 2026 – Illinois St. and Indiana St.
